Not a safety system

WARN is a community information tool. Reports are submitted by members of the public and are not verified by any authority. An empty map does not mean the road is clear. Always drive to the conditions.

No liability

WARN is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Nate Hladil / N8R5K accepts no liability for any loss, injury, damage or collision arising from use of, reliance on, or inability to use this service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit reports while operating a vehicle.
• Do not submit false, malicious or automated reports.
• Do not use WARN to locate wildlife for hunting or harassment.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute WARN data without written permission.

Devices that abuse the service may be blocked without notice.

WARN and all associated source code, design and branding are © 2026 Nate Hladil, all rights reserved. By submitting a report you grant permission for it to be displayed, aggregated and shared in anonymised form.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
